Dia de Los Muertos - Voting Art
Illustrated work I created for California Calls (@WeRCalifornia). These illustrations were created to seek more LatinX Voters, especially the communities in Greater Los Angeles and get them to vote early. The Inspiration behind this illustration was Dia de Los Muertos/Day of the Dead; a Mexican holiday honoring loved ones who have passed. Using warm tones since the holiday is celebrated in November. Topics that were covered through these illustrations were: Essential workers, Black Lives Matter Movement, as well as Voting.
